Let me just say I'm obsessed with these ramen videos, ramen is my favourite thing to make because it's so versatile, in my country Nigeria we have a wide range of ramen recipes, I'm thinking of sharing some of mine ome day.
As a gluten intolerant, i cry inside over these super yummy looking ramen vids. So happy though that i can live vicariously through you ❤

I’ve never seen this one before definitely gonna look for this flavour next time Also for those who’re curious abt the pronunciation for “jjambong” pronounce the jj as if ur pronouncing the “ch” in chair so “jj-ah-mm” and then replace the “b” with “p” so it’s “jj-ah-mm-p-oh-ng” It’s a Chinese style Korean spicy seafood noodles :))

@lisanguyen YES! you’re exactly right that it would go well with seafood—jjampong is supposed to be a seafood noodle dish (typically shrimp and mussels)
I haven’t seen this one around and Samyang Ramen is my favorite. I’ll have to keep an eye out for it. Jjamppong is usually made with cabbage and seafood so I think your assessment is right.
They also do a black pepper one too which you have dry. It comes with a little packet of crispy onions and black pepper (although I opened one packet of the onions up a few weeks ago and without looking sprinkled most of it on. I looked at the noodles and there was a mountain of black pepper on top 😂 I took most of it off!). Personally I keep back a little water with that one and add in a slice of cheese and a little butter just to make more of a “sauce” and have with chopped spring onions (scallions) and of course a soft boiled egg. See if you can find them!
