mightve taken this too literally.. pictured the word "ramen" in my head, spelled out.
literally!! as a half japanese person itβs sad that ppl are only aware of ramen as this cheap instant stuff, when itβs a well crafted dish back in japan ππ
Japanese has really expanded my knowledge of ramen! π
Aint no way people aren't thinking of Ramen as the the food they saw in Narutoππ
In my nutrition class today, we were complaining to the professor about the horrible food in the dining hall. I mentioned that bcs of my religious dietary restrictions and me being a picky eater due to my autism I struggle more then anyone else. I said that I end up spending money to order delivery and they assumed i meant fast food. When I tried to explain I prefer Japanese food and ramen everyone (and then semi-including the professor) thought I was talking about instant ramen and proceeded to tell me how unhealthy it is...... I was talking about a place I order from that has AMAZING vegan ramen.... (one guy even offered me some of his. I had to reiterate that I can't have meat or shellfish...)
I was quite confused about my american friends calling them "Ramen" because here in Europa we mostly call them instant noodles
Ha I pictured the second picture even though when I was younger I ate plenty of instant ramen π π
My nearest Japanese ramen store is probably 2 hours away π
Anyone else think of the ramen clipart made by irasutoya?
I like ichiraku ramen π
Carb overload came to my mind.
Ramen is the greatest culinary creation known to humanity β€
You right. I love me some spicy miso ramen

I thought of the ponyo ramen π
I was thinking about the Ramen I saw from when someone on TikTok recreated Naruto's favorite ramen so I passed π

My dad's like this, said he liked ramen. So when a ramen shop opened up in town, I took him to it and he was flabbergasted. Turns out he does not like tamen but chicken noodle soup π
