Time managment is not actually problem, issue is understanding

@muralikrishnayerubandi8451

This tip does not work in the actual exam because of time management. It can work only during practice purposes but not in the real exam because of time. Reading is a race against time and you dont have time to lazily read and prepare a heading for yourself by own and then see if your selected own heading matches with the actual real heading given in the paper. It dont work in exam condition.

@No_one-w8g

As you noticed it may not work because of deadline, it is almost similar to read paragraph first and to compare the idea you got from it to the row of questions instead of writing your idea. If you can't remember without writing, your problem is actually comprehension which needs to be improved firstly. Thanks if you read my opinion

@JasonMikealson

All of you guys are talking about time management but please understand one thing. If you know the structure very well you'll get it. Most of the time in the passage two, there will be 3 question types.
And most of the time it starts with matching headings. So do not look at them and go for identify the other ones (T/F/N.G) or (gap filling/ summary) or ( MCQ) so basically you read the first question of them all and go for paragraph, and that is it. You can work on all of them at the same time.

@mohammedzeshan4486

It works if read heading first and then read paragraphs one after another. and try to observe overall idea of paragraph. 90 percent it works because of topic sentence in it.

@CWM-1606

Got band 8.0 for speaking. This channel is really useful. Now l.have met the requirement. Thanks so much❀

@aliadeli7799

i find out reading 1 paragraph and immediately match one of the suggested headings to the paragraph you read is the best approach.

@chahnez3457

this method will take a lot of time i prefer to read the headings than read the
first paragraph and try to match it with the fitting heading than read paragraph 2 and try to choose a heading and so on untill you finish it all.

@moons590

I did my reading mock test yesterday night. It was the first time. I was doing it with the standard school exam method. Reading the question, then search for the keywords. The problem is that it contains a lot of paragraphs, and I got lost multiple times. Had answered the last five questions based on intuition because I ran out of time. Got band 6 for it πŸ˜‚

@ozodbekkhimmatov

You can also do other questions of the passage, then move to the headings. If you do it like this, you will know a lot of things about the paragraphs before you start matching the headings. However, you should only do it if you are sure that you won't waste a lot of time on the other questions, right before you move to the hardest IELTS Reading question type.

@reshanponnamperuma6519

Reading the given topics first wont take 30 seconds. So first skim through the given headings and then read the paragraphs and that will support you and saves more time. Remember theres no time for innovation

@bahar_wonderfulgirl

sir ,I've followed this instruction and it works ❀ matching headings question was extremely challenging before and I always panic πŸ˜‚

@Joxa_edits7

Oh yes you're right ❀
I Always do this trick and it helps everytime

@julietmaina8891

100% right. I did this ( all thanks to this channel) and got a band 9 in reading..

@IbrohimXalilullayev-n7s

For creating our heading require the wide range of vocabluary as well for understanding

@MrMafuyt

I recently took my IELTS mock test without studying, and I didn't even know they provide a pencil. I brought a pen with me and hid it after they gave me a pencil. The results came in, and I scored 5.5 in reading, 6 in listening, and 7 in essay writing; these were the only three sections included. I'm not sure if this score is good for someone taking the IELTS for the first time, but I found the reading part extremely difficult. I plan to try this approach again next time.❀

@Fahim_md

before 1 month my level was 5 but now my speaking level is 6.5 & I always follow IELTS advantage Chanel per day for 30 min, Which help me a lot boost up my speaking 😊

@lukmantp3997

My English sir also told me this technique. And it really worked on me

@abeershehatta6272

Well detailed explanation πŸ‘πŸΌ, by taking a glance at each passage u can add up the heading, it will not take too much time, am gonna apply it😊

@Duwung

Avoid doing anything that involves creativity. Just remember one thing: the reading test is very obvious. Everything you need to deduce the answers should be in the paragraphs. If something requires multiple thinking steps, it’s probably not the answer, and making up your own headline may put you in that kind of situation. Always keep things simple.
