My favorite meal! Breakfast! Tatyana, I just love the way you think-putting the ground pork and turkey together, the maple syrup (yes!), the avocado, the mayo-toasting the muffins in a bit of butter, but especially that sausage which looks like it's just going to pop in your mouth. And topping it off with some bacon-oh my! You amaze me all the time!! Thank you again for adding such joyeux de vivre to our lives! Have a great weekend!! 💙💛
Looks great--just loved egg mcmuffins! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so I need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs and the igf-1, heme and DDT in meat. Thanks so much for sharing
I do make breakfast sausage, but I add sage to my mixture. Your sandwich looks good.

Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. For my tastebuds the burger, cheese and muffin is enough. I'm not a fan of 🥑. I do eat it but just for health reasons. But in Cali it's almost a must ☺️. When I make breakfast Patty's I usually just add a little Bell's Poultry seasoning and and pinch of salt 🧂. Boring East Coast style. I'm glad you did mention to make your Patty bigger than the bun or muffin because of shrinkage, excellent tip people don't realize.
