My favorite dish preparation is when everything on the plate can be eaten. I have a friend who owns a restaurant. Every dish he serves has a small serving of thinly sliced fruits & edible flowers in the right-hand corner of the plate. I love that presentation, & when I'm done eating, the plate is totally empty.
