Adam's actually really good especially with SL and Mantis, seen him getting banned a bit in pc high elo and he gets banned a lot in tournaments. But he's def one of those characters that people will pick up in ranked thinking they are gonna do good but you have to be pretty cracked to play him and have good support(s) that make up for his lack of constant healing

I got to GM1/Cel3 maining Cap pre buff. He’s good, it’s just that most people don’t know their limits. A lot of people are used to making a lot of mistakes because they’ve got healers pocketing them close by. Caps very much on his own and his usefulness is dependent on if you personally know his limits and your own.
