Looks promising, however now Suzuki are back in the game, the DRZ400 has the appeal of simplicity, no complex electronics, just a couple of engine maps plus ABS & no traction control. Personally I would take simplicity and light weight over multiple traction controls, cruise control, quick shifter and TFT screen any day. The Suzuki with a minimal tower would get my money every time, and for the same reasons I would take the Suzuki over the MT450 also.

I have ridden 31,000 km with my 390 Adventure in three years. I love this small, uncomplicated bike for traveling and enduro hiking. I will buy the 390 Adventure R if the seat height is right for me.😍

I love the look , I've been woods riding for 20 years and I'm looking to transition into adventure riding and I believe this is going to be the right size bike for what i want to do!

First of all, it's not a "Rally" bike, a Rally bike needs to have 25 liters or more of fuel capacity. Second, the cheapest Rally bike in the world is the Kove 450. Third, it's an ADV, it is literally written in the name. Fourth, nice review :)

Road a 2020 model - fantastic engine & dash / ergos But off road the suspension felt very bargan basement stuff Out on the road though , was amazed how fast and responsive the single cyl engine was

The KTM 390 Adventure R is not a rally bike bro. It is an adventure bike. And, no one even knows what KTM suggests as an MSRP, if the bike even gets released depending on if KTM survives and continues to exist as we know it.
