Love seeing this channel growing bigger! I’m sure that it’ll blow up soon enough :)

I hope you told him the right number eventually though. Because what if one day he really does need an ambulance and he calls 311 and they send a garbage truck instead πŸ˜‚

Hi! Can you please make a video about hot baths? Thank You!

@DavidDeeble

This is so Canadian...

@gericomy

You scratched the surface of icebathing. First, you skipped the adaptation process over some weeks and therefore you stayed only seconds fully immersed. Second, the benefits are more then recovery after Training. The effects on your Immunsystem are strong. If you do it more then once. Give WHM a 90 days Try.

Thank you! I've been jumping in the freezing creeks (40⁰F) after one run once a week. I went from 30 seconds to 9 minutes. My reason for doing it is more for mental training. I typically could not get into cold water when it's 90⁰ F outside. I wanted to start open water swimming but even with a wetsuit on I couldn't relax and swim in the cold water. But now I think I'll be able to do it. I also heard that extreme temperature training can train your vagus nerve????
