@You-ul7dr

These days even childhood is not happy they are burdened with homework and expectations

@sakshambhadoria9998

Suffering comes from expectations. Suffering comes from misplaced hope and optimism.

Chanting Raam Naam throughout your life makes sure that you become completely non chalant of the pain.. And also ensures furthur spiritual progress towards the enlightenment.. Naam has a lot of power in it..

@anjanabhatia1491

Absolutely.. 🙏

@Tenebris8444

To deal with suffering is the same with dealing a fever. You're going through a spiritual disease until you find solutions.

Let's use relatives for example, you know they're bound to die but in the mean time you can help them with a healthier lifestyle to prolong, prolly give prayers (usually why we pray for good things) or figure out mindsets that will properly help you realise life and what you're meant to do, just like krishna guided arjuna, when arjuna was suffering from the thought of War.

You don't have to let suffering takeover.

@avnikhil22

Its how you look at your life. You cannot change the Inevitable. Stay positive, maintain good health and relationships. Do good

@gauravrathi3383

Very well answered Abhijit!!

@ayushmishra91

Abhijit sir is like a blessing to YouTube

@R_Priest

Question: Why is there suffering?
Abhijit: It is what it is.

@tonguewarrior5020

The root-cause of our SUFFERINGS are :

(1) Not living in TRUTH

(2) Living life on the basis of Superstitions, false beliefs, Stupid traditions, customs and religious beliefs

(3) Over-Consumption of natural resources and animals

(4) Blindly following the Crowds, Influencers, Babas and Religions

(5) Taking actions on the basis of Emotions and EGO

@ravimorey

What Abhijit says about childhood definitely doesn't apply to me. I was ecstatic when I left my parents' home. I continue to be far happier than I was as a child. I am now 64 years old and don't miss my parents at all.
