@dancargile137

It works very well. It helped me in the Army to some of fastest times, longest runs, and endurance. Hey man, I love your videos, thanks.

@Kormac80

Human capacities are incredible. Sharing the info like this is also quite a super power.

@DrKayElaine

Can we get an actual demonstration of how to do the breath work properly? TY

@MikeP-k9x

This is def some of the best shorts content out there

@Skibidi_Male_X

Trying to empty your mind completely is extremely difficult if you don't know how or haven't done it. Each of these techniques needs to be practiced to feel comfortable with this whole technique

May Tibet be freed from China

@3rawkz

I've naturally arrived at this method. Makes total sense, along with ensuring proper foot strike and this breathing method, i can jog for hours at increasing speeds with very little fatigue.

Doesn't have to be a 4/4 ratio but must be regular. Beathing pace adjusted to your speed and minimizing impact and optimizing force exertion by focusing load on calfs... like a kangaroo lol

@irvingjorge6180

Merab dropping that extra cardio knowledge 🥰

@hoodparticles

been incorporating breath work in my routine for four months and my endurance and energy has been incredible, i highly recommend all athletes practice

@dewindoethdwl2798

Makes sense. I’m not a competitive runner but enjoy loping along over an hour or too in the mountains nearby. I always run better when not trying hard and with nothing worrying me. Just rolling. Having the techniques you describe in mind should let me learn to tap into the right flow state.

@nathanarmstrong7636

I would naturally slip into the 4 to 4 when I was running as a child. As long as you don't get in too much of a hurry you can sustain it for a long time

@spassogrosso2037

Been there, got the T-shirt. Great video

@PlubusDomis

Don't forget to mention they breathe with their mouths closed.. that's a very important part to this!!

The sinus cavities in your nostrils moisten and filter the air for your lungs to receive it more efficiently

@amandamactaggart9666

We totally learnt this same technique doing a Japanese karate style. we used it during full contact tournament fighting and in choreographed moves called kata.

@JackOfAllWeights

Everybody outrun horses if they stay in zone 2💪👌 great content! Thank you🙌

@kissoonjohn1484

Its amazing that when you hear something done it’s always in the pass and it always made up

@michaelrademacher6351

That's crazy... I was the fastest runner in my unit and I didn't know why since I hated running... you literally explained what I was doing. 4 count, nothing exists, reset. Only difference is when I'd hear someone approaching from behind I'd turn up the heat until I couldn't hear them any more. Reset.

@kjames5798

This is interesting. I’ve always wondered how I went in to this trance like state as a kid and beat my school in a run, including the teacher, and I wasn’t even out of breath. It was like I disappeared into my own world

@bapbap22

I’m gonna try this on my rebounder trampoline. Thanks

@Whereishome368

The most difficult part for me would be clearing my mind.
