First pitch I’ve seen where someone said a sad story but didn’t beg for a pity offer from it. What inspired her to do her business. Kudos to her
What I love is that she guided herself through her entire pitch, when they try to interrupt or speak over her, she still had control over the room saying “Hold on, we will get to that” and “Im not here to fight over valuation, give me a number”. Daymond called her defensive, it’s her business ofc she is gonna be defensive
In 2017 they did 7.4 million and in 2022 they did 74 million. Really happy she got a deal and their business was/is really successful. Super inspirational!!
7:26 dude is a beast he tried to pitch his door cam and got turned down sold to amazon 4 a billion dollar company what a beast to be sitting now the real MVP here
Ya know what... when someone had a father who took his own life and ruined the financial well-being of his entire family, that person is allowed to cry on Shark Tank.
Rare moment where i dont cringe at crying on this show......she genuinely was holding back tears and never intended to cry but the weight of her father taking his own life and the subsequent chain reaction afterwards still affects her and it spilled out. Wish her the best
She’s full of such wonderful spirit. She’s been through a lot, yet, never gave up.
I don't why yall was jumping Barbara but to me Daymond is absolutely the WORST Sharks. Biggest bitter, crybaby, arrogant, pathetic person I've ever seen. Barbara may still gives the entrepreneurs some advice or encourage after she's out, but Daymond on the other hand still yapping, mocking when he's already out. What a waste of space of him being there, just can't stand him.
By 2024, Moink’s yearly sales hit $74 million.
I ❤ this woman's attitude. This is a no-nonsense woman who has no fear of putting her peddle to the metal when it counts 👍
I completely agree with Jamie's sentiments -- she's coming here for growth help, not to sell a completed company. Her profits shot up 1,000% YoY and with that kind of volume she can absolutely find room for margin. All in all, glad she was able to get a supportive deal. On another note, Daymond is quite an insecure man lol
Barbara: I only invest in 9th+ generation farmers and for that reason I'm out.
She humbled Kevin😂
You know an entrepreneur was great when the comment section isn’t about peoples lunches
First time I hear someone say “I didn’t come here to argue about my valuation and go to war to prove it” 😮 👏🏼
8:19 Kevin's trying to remain the villain by not smiling here
I love her. She's the type of person I'd want to invest in, you know she's not going to take BS from anyone.
My family had a small meat processing plant that was pushed out by the major corporations. Sadly one of the ways they push you out is with the help of the government through over bearing regulations designed to burry small companies in paperwork and unbearable over sight that becomes overwhelming for small businesses. Major corporations contribute to politicians who in turn help them by running small businesses out of business.
Daymond went out because he knew he couldn’t scam her!
