Magnesium. Being a menopausal woman, I’ve experienced insomnia from night sweats. With not being able to cool off , I then couldn’t sleep. My doctor prescribed magnesium to help me relax then sleep. I also stopped watching tv N hour before bed and read my Bible. Now no problem
I have been taking prenatal even though I am not expecting. I have notice my hair has been growing in a lot more and thicker

What I love about your channel is that you never run out of topics to keep educating the audience with SCIENCE-BASED information! And you stay up to date which gives me greater confidence to continue listening to you. For my vitamin, I am just using Nature Made Women's 50+ multivitamin which I get from my basic retail pharmacy. I don't know if it works or not. I take it in hopes of staying as healthy as possible, as a backup safety measure. It does not contain any iron, which I wonder why that is omitted?
I couldn't take Nutrafol religiously; 4 capsules was too much for me. Been taking Mary Ruth's liquid hair vitamins. Costly, but it seems to have made my hair's texture softer after a few weeks.
Interesting that you posted this information. I tend to crave foods that have nutrients that my body needs. Today, I was craving yogurt, and made that my meal for the day, a 24 Oz container of unsweetened, non-dairy coconut yogurt. Then, I got home, and watched this video. Prior to seeing this, I didn't know there was a direct hair/yogurt connection. Thanks for continually helpful and interesting information.
I used Emergen-C for hair growth. As well as being packed with Vitamin C, there are some additional nutrients that are helpful and beneficial as well. It doesn't help with alopecia but definitely hair growth.
I am actually taking two of the vitamins that you mention the first one is Ritual and that’s when you spoke about it the first time and I used your code and I’ve been on it every since and Shedavi I also take pumpkin seed vitamins. Thank you 😘🦋💐
Nutrafol I have been taking for about 4 month seeing a difference reduced shedding
Hi Tanya, thank you for vitamin tips, except for depot multivitamins I added 1000mg vitamin and brew yeast because since have alergy to cow milk I apply it internally in a form of tablets and also add to my diy hair mask. My stomack feels happy and my hair shiny. Vitamin C in 1000mg doses help to support effect of antidepressants
Vitamins all in one do not work because as black women, we need at least Vitamin D 5000 i. What has been working for me is Magnesium at night and Vitamin D in the day.
Vitamin D stopped my hair shedding. B-complex with biotin has strength my nails. Finally iron & vitamin C. My doctor gave me a script. No idea the brands.
Centrum Silver always delivers results for me.
Nature's Bounty Gummies are one of my faves; I tried the Mane Choice and I liked them.
Thank you Lovely lady❤❤🌷 .. valuable vital hair growth vitamins...this is very imperative for our overall body.
