Great to see you running well Rick after a long injury recovery
As a HS runner I PRD at 26:18, but still can’t finish a race without stopping. These videos make it look so easy to keep running smoothly but it’s harder than I imagined!
Nice one, Rick. Getting there, slowly, but surely...👍🏿
My first 5k I did a 31:21 then next week I did I 27 something then a week after that I did 26 then this week I did a 25:27 5k
I just got home after hitting a 5k in 21:32 and can tell that the last part isn't what a 4:30 pace looks like
I can do 4:30 for about that long too hahahaha aiming for the 25 min 5k soon :)
My 6:30/km is feels like your 5:00/km. Am I the only one who feeling like that?
are you sure you're runing 4.30 there? ;) for me it looks like 6
Lookin good Rick!
My 5k pace is 4:30, and I feel I'm so fast. Looking at the video I realize I don't look as fast as I thought. I'm relatively tall with slower cadence, so it probably looks even slower. 😅
What a coincidence I was just listening to Depeche Mode and went to YouTube to find another one of their songs.
Gavy gavy gavy baby!
God I love the running channel community
Are those shoes Puma Magnify Nitro 2? I have them and they're ridiculously comfortable.
I did 28.43 last night for 5k. Goals to get under 25 if possible wish me luck 😊
Next: how 5k paces feel like.
thats my PB two weeks ago 😅 22:35
4 months into running still 42mins 5k.
Started running 2 months ago, I hear of some people improving there time by increasing there easy runs and long run distances every week instead of speed work… I’m trying to get below 27:30 for a 5k right now so going with that method since going to the track looks like shite during the winter
