I am gathering homemade dressings from different sites, non the same type. I am now putting them in a ringed binder, large index card size and have site names then their dressings. Yours has the most recipes and growing :) If at all possible I am also trying to figure ways to make a dry version of some dressings so all I need is add wet ingredients. Before I got into this DIY style of doing things I always thought I could not afford to do these things. It has been some years now and I can not figure out why I thought that way, I am saving $$ now, thanks to people like you. Thank you and have a great week :)
