Hi Madeleine, I just completed your 15-minute full body pilates burn and I feel amazing! This was the perfect way to end the 1 week pilates challenge.
I can't believe I just finished a week of Pilate. It always seems impossible when you look at it before starting, but then you take it day by day and the end arrives faster than expected! For those who will read my comment and wants an opinion : my shoulders are BURNING, I never realized how not strong they were lol. All the workouts have been amazing though, no doubt. I wouldn't be able to tell you if I physically changed, but I don't expect much changes in a week. I feel way stronger though, I feel more energized and I have way more fun than I thought. The way I can explain this is that... when I don't feel motivated to do Pilate, but then I force myself to do it and be consistent, I feel less fatigue, less irritated after I've done it. It's like, yeah all your problems aren't solved, but you can go through this. It sounds cliche as fuck but who cares. Last thing though, I have paired Pilate with gymnastics to find my flexibility back, I haven't changed my alimentation. So maybe my results are enhanced with all the moving I've been doing these last few weeks :). I don't know if I feel ready to commit to an entire month, but I know I wanna try it so I'll start it next week I think!! Been doing this challenge on repeat for 2 months now ! Definitely see change, in my body but also in my head, i feel so much better and confident ! I never liked working out until i started this challenge :)

I’ve been doing Pilates with you since December, then I got sick in January and I had to stop but god! I love so much how incredible your work outs are, and I feel a lot of my muscles starting to look leaner and stronger (I have been working out for years but you challenge me!). I’ll keep doing and I will come back with some results but also the rediscover of how much I love Pilates.
Your workouts are really the only ones that I’ve followed since the beginning (since you started!) 💗

Done ! I’m so proud of myself for finishing this workout program. It was really hard. My body still hurt especially my shoulder but it better than yesterday. I feel better about my body. My waist is slimmer and my arm also. I lost 0.3 kg. 😂 I’m happy with the results. I will continue this program for a month before start 1 months program. I hope I can do it. Thank you so much for this workout ! It’s the best workout so far !
I did the 5 day pilates and wanted to say I did see a bit of results! My body felt a little bit more toned and I did feel a bit more energetic and willing to workout more!
Woohoo I just finished a week of pilates! Although I kind of split some of the videos to be done in two days, I can genuinely feel a change physically as my posture improves. There's still a lot of improvement for me to be done so for now I'll just repeat this playlist until I get the hang of everything. P.S. Smiling does make you want to work harder to achieve the movements!

Finished !! I really enjoyed this. It’s like yoga mixed with strength lol and it’s so deceptive like every time I was sweating I was surprised because it didn’t FEEL like I was doing anything crazy (like running or lifting weights). Definitely gonna have to check out more of your videos. Although I don’t see any physical changes, I can definitely see changes to my mood. I feel more energized after working out 😂
