I feel those vibrations! Could anyone tell me what exactly mean Thiru Neela Kantam Maakaral Shivaya Namaha ? I suppose it is associated with Shiva like 'Om Namah Shivaya'

Thiru is the Tamil version of Sree (holly, deity); nila = “blue”; kantha = “throat”: referring to the time when Siva drank the poison, which got lodged in his throat. So it could be tranlated as a reference to "Sri Shiva, whom has a blue throat". Shivaya Namah = I bow to Shiva. But I could not find the meaning to the word "makaral". Does anyone know this one?
