@ChasingaPlate

Yeow! 90k!!! Thanks so much for your support guys! Weโ€™re so stoked to bring you this Cambodia series. One correction in this one- slip of the tongue we said the Khmer food culture is one of the oldest in South East Asia it is in fact THE oldest in SE Asia ๐Ÿ˜ Hope you like this one, remember to give it a ๐Ÿ‘ if ya do. Big love, Thomas & Sheena

@aaramzee

You are right, Cambodian cuisine is a forgotten or ignored food. Reason was Cambodia. Ding a closed communist country especially Pol Pot regime was so cruel that people were other countries stayed away just like North Korea. But now Cambodia is opening up and this is good chance for persons like you to introduce their culture, food, places and people to the world.

Had a recent tour of the temples ii Cambodia and Thailand and was blown away by the wonderful food in both countries. Cambodia was particularly good, the people, the countryside, all a fabulous experience. Thanks Kampuchea! โค๏ธ

@tosht2515

Somewhat "ignored" in my circle indeed. ๐Ÿ˜ When we are craving Asian food, group or date night, Cambodian is never top of mind. Japanese, Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian, Cantonese, Hunan, Sichuan...all cuisines that seem to pop up most frequently. I'm making it a point to go to a Cambodian resto during this series. Excellent start to your visit, guys!
