Thank you Ken, i was on that phase. Thanks a lot!
I didnβt even realize that I am a perfectionist until I started reflecting back and saw patterns in my life . Living in Japan has been tough for me because of it. Once I found out and accepted who I am including persistent feelings about how I so much feel like not good enough to do what I love to do, it is much easier to enjoy life and be optimistic about everything. Someone like me often becomes oneβs own enemy. I , myself is a biggest obstacle for living healthier and happier life. π Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom. Another reminders and synchronicity for me to be kinder to myself at this time. β€οΈI am going to celebrate a small victory π€ππ

Thank u for sharing us how to find our purpose
I found your channel here and Iβm learning a lot from you. I bought your new book, and borrowed another one from the public library. Your explanation of the Ikigai was simple and clear. It finally made so much sense to me, and as a result I can start applying the basic steps. Thank you so much β€
