I didn’t even realize that I am a perfectionist until I started reflecting back and saw patterns in my life . Living in Japan has been tough for me because of it. Once I found out and accepted who I am including persistent feelings about how I so much feel like not good enough to do what I love to do, it is much easier to enjoy life and be optimistic about everything. Someone like me often becomes
 one’s own enemy. I , myself is a biggest obstacle for living healthier and happier life. 😅Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom. Another reminders and synchronicity for me to be kinder to myself at this time. ❤️I am going to celebrate a small victory 🤙💖🙏
