Just got this filter and honestly, i am very disappointed. I have the dream filter and am pleased with that one very much but this starburst one just hardly does anything! i agree with you Yvonne that for videographers it has a lot more use. The photos they use to sell this definitely seem over enhanced because it is really really tough to get anything near that strong effect in almost any lighting conditions. There Return policy is also not great because, if your just not happy with it, you cant get a full refund only store credit -20% of the cost. Wish i would have known this and saw your video before purchasing. Either way great review. Good job.

I achieved this effect once doing some long exposures at night where the streetlights showed up as little stars on the film. I am not sure what I did to get it to happen as it was entirely by accident. Most of the time when I do night shots it doesn't happen. Or at least it isn't very pronounced.

The starburst filter does absolutely nothing on my camera. They added all the effects in post production to sell it. What a piece of crap. And they won't allow me to return it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
