@GuyverZ

I love that Jordan has a nice recording set up and Austin is like "Alright. Camera works? Send it."

@ownagemunky

Great episode fellas. I originally started following you around maybe 2017/2018 because of your programming stuff, so I enjoy these episodes. It’s cool to see how your thoughts have developed over the years

@TheJaronH

Harry Potter's sorting hat and resistance training programming, that's a first...I like it, great stuff!

@mjm0787

I so needed this podcast. I sent my Mum your osteoarthritis podcast and she found it really helpful, since she is very apprehensive about having a 2nd knee replacement.

@georgesarreas5509

In my exercise prescription class we used the FITT-VP model with VP being volume and progression.

@xregularxjohnx

Like I’ve been transported back to 2018 BBM days

@98Destructo

I have written the most diabolical plan to fix all my asymmetries. One extra set for each muscle group for all exercises lmao

@Andreastheduck

@JakubKowalski93

@StrongertrainingUK

So in summary, have some idea of a plan, do at least the minimum guidelines, do as much as you can tolerate, but don't be silly, specificity is overrated for health, as long as you're trying, you'll get there in the end.

@longhairwhocares

You don't need the hyphen in "how-to"
