I'm so glad I found you. Nature bathing I used to walk all the time in the woods. Felt so much better. Making it a point to to that no matter what this summer. Need to take care of me first and stop putting myself last. I'm 53 and need it to be about me and know I'm not being selfish.

This makes so much sense.  I already have a nervous system disorder to begin with. Fibromyalgia is a syndrome where your body is stuck in a fight or flight state. I can feel that social media and the desire to constantly consume information is wearing me out.  With everything happening in the world right now I feel like I need to keep up.  I think I have FOMO. I’ve always been curious by nature.  With the internet at my fingertips I am constantly googling everything I wonder!  There’s no way our brains are meant to consume this volume of information.  Ho do we break free? 😭
