Regular exercise has completely changed the way I eat. Now that I’m more in tune with my body and what it needs / DOESNT need and the way certain foods impact the way I feel.. it’s become so much easier to control portions and eat balanced meals. I was 250 lbs, as of today I’ve lost 40lbs! I’m feeling so much better mentally and physically. Idec how it’s making me look hot as much as how goood I feel !! 😁

True. Although it's not that easy. Some of the biggest components of "mental hunger" aren't things you can just push away easily if you are in a bad place, because that hunger comes from stress, anxiety, depression, boredom, sadness, and more. Plus eating disorders. But stress/anxiety and boredom are especially an issue, and you cannot usually eliminate them in the immediate moment they happen.
