@ibnbx621

Neil you're cracking me up with that tired expression

@Krista-388

never thought of it in such a way. thank you i am going to think more about this :)

@Ryukachoo

Pushing the envelope in any context always generates offshoot technologies with unknown benefits....

Like, fusion research lead to really powerful compact microwave lasers, which are now being used potentially for extremely efficient and reliable super-deep drilling. A laser doesn't need to be replaced like a drill bit does after all.

This MIGHT allow for the holy Grail of renewables; geothermal power at any point on the earths crust

@chrisstewards

This is a mind blowing piece...y'all are so good at what you do

@deaddirt3214

Just damn... well spoken. Very elegant.

@foyorama

This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from Picasso: he said โ€œcomputers are useless because they only give you answersโ€โ€ฆ. And if you think about it he was right, the important thing is the question, never the answers, the question is what drives innovation and explorationโ€ฆ. It always has. And he was just a Spanish artistโ€ฆ
