That shits gonna rip through your strings and cost you more money in the long run. Also flexibility and thickness of picks impacts the sound immensely

Two things: 1) Harder materials (iron, stone, titanium,etc) normally should sound 'brighter' 2), With a Titanium pick, unless the bevel is rounded and polished, it will cut your strings. Believe me, I tried!
