If they treated loki's children better ragnarok would possibly not happen

@Alternative_Alba

Fenrir: “If those chains are really meant to bind me, I will bite you arm.”
Norse God of Justice: sacrifices his own arm to save his pantheon.

@corrincom

Tyr really took one for the team

@calebhelton725

Not to mention that tyr was Fenrir's care taker so tyr was like a father to Fenrir and the fact he had to put his arm in his mouth makes it a lot sadder

@Srt_resium

Prophecy to kill Odin
Odin: lock him up
Tyr: fine 😞
Fenrir: hay wait no how dare you no I’m mad
Fenrir is freed: gah I hate Odin I should kill him for that!

Talk about causing your own fate

@nicolegoodew1547

Tyr raised Fenrir, they both trusted the other. He was a good boy with Tyr 🥺

@Nicolesherer

tyr never got an apology for his hand being chewed and dismembered

@sulemanlone6260

These are really interested ever since i started playing god of war, you explain a lot about the mythologies and it helps me understand. Subscribed

@Outsider0x1

It wasn't a chain that was used to bind Fenrir. It was described as a rope or cloth made of impossible objects.

@remveel2443

Imagine a world, where Fenrir is in Odin's right hand side.

@paulsantiago7643

I like to think that the prophecy was avoidable and that there was a way to change it just that Odin could never do it due to his personality. If he left Loki’s Children alone it wouldn’t have happened or ragnarok would go about differently

@toutao6089

Love the smite pictures for the gods you cover

@Blank-wn6dv

Fenrir is know as the destroyer of gods and the destroyer of worlds because his powers are to grow it is a giant and can grow so big that it can eat all 9 realms of the Norse which made Odin fear him so they put chains on him which are strong enough to hold gods so that he would stop growing

@muhammedgokcan22

Fenrir should have been the guardian of Asgard.

@bserieshatch1

Tyr was a real one.

@Tyler-jz8mm

Imagine Ragnarok happened because someone couldn't keep their mouth shut💀

@KC_Eden

Me: "Aw... doggie!" 🥰🤗😂

@hollow7137

Imagine if they didn't bind him, he would have been the gods' biggest ally.

@chaseteague8733

Actually Fenrir had powers it's just that he's the physical embodiment of the inevitable, death, force of nature that not even Fate could stop him. Plus he was very durable to the point that not even magic was powerful enough to kill him. Imagine him on aot

@GettinBack2Good

He’s not a dog. Wolves will eat when they are hungry. He’s limitless growth in size meant his appetite would be insatiable until all was consumed no matter what. So just reading some interpretation on the internet that says “oh they created Darth Fenrir by trying to prevent it is just sticking the tale of the Star Wars prequels on Norse Mythology.
