I draw my circles by moving my ARM not my WRISTS (or fingers, you get the gist) . This method also helps with drawing straight lines. When I started my art journey I did all my lines and curves with arm gestures and I never looked back. This method in the video looks helpful too but I'd prefer something that looks SMOOTH and kinda natural but neat at the same time if that makes sense. Thats just me though. Maybe this comment will help someone who reads it one day.

easier method :
1. draw a head
2. erase the details
3. erase most of the sketch

Or turn the pencil upside down, a clear mark will be there and since it's smooth, the back will make it perfect, now turn it back and trace it!
