@estonian44

recipe:

200g dark chocolate
1/2 cup (110g) butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Over a double boiler on the stove, melt chocolate and butter together until glossy and smooth. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Combine sugar, brown sugar, and eggs, then beat until pale and doubled in size—this is a very important step and is how your brownies will achieve a shiny cracked surface.
Add salt and vanilla and gently stir.
Fold in chocolate.
Sift in flour and cocoa powder and gently fold in. You can also fold chopped nuts and extra chocolate in at this step.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until when you insert a skewer, it comes out with moist crumbs stuck to it. It shouldn’t be a completely wet batter, but also shouldn’t come out completely clean (this means you’ve over baked your brownies).
Let cool completely before cutting.
You’re done!

If it’s cakey, it’s just chocolate cake. The fudgyness is what classifies it as a brownie

@Swiftie_editzxx

I tried this recipe and oh lord these were amazing the inside was nice and fudges the top was cakey IT WAS DELICIOUS

@maylin1986

I like chewy brownies. But I'm really impressed with the method used to place parchment paper in the pan, but only from one side to the other is covered. Not all sides.

I've seen this method used in other videos, but I'm surprised the batter doesn't go underneath the parchment. I like that texture of brownie, maybe cooked a little more, but appreciate how simple the ingredient recipe is. 💖✨️

@praneshikabs1077

I adore this brownie recipe; it's truly outstanding. It strikes the perfect balance between fudgy and cakey, resulting in an exquisite texture. Adding a hint of coffee enhances its flavor even further.

@Nxdenee

@Gcs185

This was one of the best brownie recipes I've seen! I recommend putting MM´s on top but except for that I only have positive reviews. Thank you for the recipe!

@tomasssemevics5509

I absolutely recommend to add 1/4 cup Red Wine to your brownies. It gives a really unique taste.

@cleopatrajones2025

I like them to have a crunchy edge and a chewy center, so I just use one large egg. Also, I use a muffin dish so the crunchy edge could be all the way around.

@ThatZeeZee

I made these. They were sooooo yummy!

@YessicaMeliton-w4l

The best most straight to the point,well done video and delicious

@whoistedtho

Adding the cocoa powder to the melted chocolate and butter allows it to 'bloom', increasing it's flavour btw
