This bharta is sooo delicious! Nobody can tell that it is made from tinda. Perfectly spiced and the flavour is very concentrated because it is roasted beforehand. This is the first time I had this subzi in my life and the effort put was totally worth it. I took second helpings and had to control myself from eating some more. Thankyou Chef!

@chef KK, lauki pasand nahi thi uska bharta banake khila dia, karela nahi pasand tha uske crisp banake khila dia now tinda, ab uska bhi bharta bana die.
