So impressive! I can only dead hang from the pull up bar for 10 seconds. But I hope to do one pull up some day. But hey, I'm old so ....
Last time I checked this (a few years ago) I was at 202% BW, open hand grip. That was about 165lbs added. I don't put a ton of value on it because my highest grade outdoors isn't great. Turns out finger strength isn't everything.

100 on top of your own weight, nice
Just did 75 on a 15 mm for 5 seconds. My shoulders are too weak for the weights at 20mm ๐ข
