I am recovering from surgery and find this the best version supportive of tissue healing, I am, of course, partial to the soft thrumming of this drum style. I’ve downloaded the track and listen to it on low volume while I sleep with the wifi unplugged. I love this channel! I use your videos a lot for meditation, but today I have a very hurt, possibly broken toe. My whole foot was swollen and all the other toes around the hurt one were just as swollen as it was from moving around the house (I do have crutches and I’m resting as much as possible, I have a kid so I have to move some) I saw a short for this video and found it. 11 mins with it slightly propped, and the extra swelling is all gone. It’s the most relief I’ve felt all day. I will definitely be making this part of my healing process ❤ thank you!
