Love this So inspiring! My mind’s been consumed by the thought of him. It’s been 6months he left and the pain of loosing him feels like physical ache. The laughter the memories, and adventure sadly it’s all gone .i’ve tried to get my mind off him and it seems like the more I try, the more I keep thinking of him. How do people let go and move on ? Cause It’s been months and memories of my man are still fresh. I miss him so much.
Kyle’s joke about going to the gym once every 3 years is relatable 😂 The top 2 things that help me are ear plugs & my sleep mask. I’ve tried CBD oil for my anxiety but it just made me feel lazy. Great tips….thanks!
This part of the talk was really helpful with lots of great tips for better sleep! The guide on belly breathing was easy to follow, and it was nice to know that feeling a little lightheaded at first is normal. I also liked the advice about keeping the bedroom just for sleep and intimacy, which can really improve your rest. The tips about reducing blue light, making the room cooler, and using calming sounds or scents like lavender and rosemary were super useful. It was interesting to learn that eating big meals right before bed can mess with your sleep and that having smaller meals earlier in the day is better. The talk about marijuana and CBD was honest, pointing out both the good and bad, which I appreciated. And even though exercise is often recommended, it was good to hear again how it really helps with sleep. This was a really practical and helpful segment with easy things to try for better sleep!
Could you back oup the claim that several, small meals throughout the day are healthy? I‘ve read that its better to have 2-3 big meals so the body isnt constantly occupied with digestion
Hitting the gym and smoking weed will put u to sleep
