When I was younger, back in UK, I had purchased a house that required major renovations - taking most of my income and requiring me to get a second job. I worked on the house myself for a long time, and during that time, I barely had money for food - all resources going towards the house. I literally survived on 500 calories a day for years - which I scrounged from work or family. Never felt better. Alert, not bloated and lethargic, full of energy and really quite happy with my lot. Fell in love, got married and moved to the US. Now I had access to food any time I wanted it, in huge amounts - yep, I gained 150 lbs (was 125 and 5’8”). Feel awful most of the time, have diabetes with kidney complications, hypertension, fatty liver, and last year uterine cancer. ALL of these things are caused by my being overweight. Watching this doctors videos, I’m reminded of what I used to know - ultra low calorie / fasting diets actually make us healthy. I am inspired to try and give myself a break and sort out the unhealthy habits I have formed. Wish me luck!

Done this for just over 3 weeks. One meal a day, 20 mins exercise, low carb, no processed food. My BP has dropped from ranges of 143/93 to averages of 117/68. I am sleeping a lot better as well as a result. This works people and this doctor is literally God sent.

@nbk7st6

I am 72, have HP, on OMAD for a month now, ditched sugar, rice, bread, etc, no processed foods, beet, cucumber, turmeric, apple, etc juice every day. My BP is now 123/70/68. I have watched several videos and took the common ingredients recommended by each doctor or specialist. Thank God for showing me the way. With God, nothing is impossible.

@mbekskitchen3552

My blood pressure was ranging from 150/100 everytime I went to the hospital my doc used to ask are you hypertensive! I could deny and say I have never had high blood pressure, my wake up call was recently when I went to the hospital and my BP was 180/126! I was put under medication immediately, after a week of taking the meds I could not take them any more because I used to forget, I did my first 72 hour water fast and my BP dropped to 117/77, I take one meal a day, plenty of vegetables, no sugar plus hibiscus tea twice a day. My BP right now ranges from 113/70 to 120/77

@carolerichard5250

Been on high blood pressure meds 25 years. Went LCHF diet with 20/4 intermittent fasting and in a month I was able to totally drop my Lisinopril and cut my Atenolol prescription in half. I am amazed!!! In nine weeks I lost 12 lbs and am now 130 lbs. Five pounds to go but this type eating will be my lifestyle the rest of my life. I am 75. Thank you Dr. Jamnadas for helping me reverse my high blood pressure.

Thank you Doctor.

@ibuprofenPill

Mine is caused by four things: too much caffeine, stress, sodium and not enough exercise. The stress is by far the toughest to control.

@jumakalema3039

you have inspired me Dr.pradip to go back to school and become a heath scientist and save my people.
Here in my country most if not all my friends are suffering with those metabolic and chronic diseases that you talk of.
I myself was an obese person and people used to describe me as the fat guy. I had already started my journey of understanding my body and nutrition and had lost weight already before i came across you videos. But you have made clear what was not clear before and now am an expert in weight management and understand chronic diseases and how to go about them. The things you guys do for the people no money can buy, because health is the number one precious thing of all worldly things a person can have. I hope and pray to my God to make my dreams come true. My dream doctor is to sensitize people about their health for free of charge as you do. The challenge we have here good education is way expensive but i will struggle to reach my goals, am still utilizing free resources but when i get an affordable program i will enroll. Thanks Dr.Pradip, your voice reaches us here in Uganda.

@lopezjo

I've been following Dr. Jamnadas advice since February. Went from 180/109 to 120/79. Lost total of 30 lbs. Simply cutting out all sugar and carbohydrates. Fasting by eating 1 meal a day and doing 2 day fasts once a week. Goal is to do 3 to 5 day fasts. Thank you Dr., you saved my life.

@AlcidesSegovia

I am a pilot with a heart pressure reading on my annual medical of 183/112. I feel fine, but my wings are now clipped. I must lower my heart rate and prove to the FAA that one meal a day works. However, I am now restarting the videos by Dr. Pradip. I began two days ago (same as my exam failure),and in those two, days I have already seen a lowering in my blood pressure to 161/98. I need to get myself back on track. The sad thing? I already had lost 90 lbs on my own through calorie counting and excercise. Begain body building and now I am up to 240 LBS.

Never the less, with the knowledge I am getting here, I see my mistakes, I see where I didn't monitor what I am eating. So, I am going back and doing it right!

I'll keep you all posted on my efforts.

@ai-baking-f1

Unbelievable - I've had high blood pressure for 30 years. I was a marathon runner and triathlete for many of those. BMI crept up a little but even when it was at or below 25 I had high BP. Nothing showed up on any test. I have low hdl despite all the exercise I do. My insulin was only tested once in all these years. But, no-one, until now, has indicated that it may be processed foods. I am in the middle of changing my diet to a whole food plant based diet with intermittent fasting. Thank you so much Dr Jamnadas!!!!

For everyone reading this, finding the banned book called “the hidden herbs” by anette ray should be your top priority

In 2017 my brother was weighing 330 lbs at a height of 5'10" with a medium bone structure.In 2018 he decided to do something about it but he did not want gastric surgery.He was sent to a nutritionist by his doctor .he was told what are foods he should eat and what foods he needed to eliminate. Also he was told to start exercising.the doctor was surprised that my brother was not diabetic and more surprised that my brother did not have high blood pressure.He was told to get off Sweet and Low which he had been using in his coffee since he was 18 yrs old .He was told to switch to Stevia .Stevia comes from a plant in South America.He made a big decrease in eating bread and tortillas.Also cut back on carbs like rice ,potatoes ,noodles,cookies ,patriesand sodas. About a year or a year and a half later he was down to 214 lbs.He has maintained this weight for 4 yrs.He was taken off his CPAP machine which he used for sleep apnea.I am very proud of my brother for deciding to do something about his weight problem and doing it without getting gastric surgery.

@edwintmarsel8029

I'm obese, taking medication for hypertension, cholesterol and angina. About two months ago, I was diagnosed as insulin resistant. Since then, I've been watching your videos and have started doing intermittent fasting (20:4) and have lost 15 pounds... Low carb with reduced caloric intake. My blood sugar level has gradually decreased but not yet in optimal levels. The excitement has motivated me to continue. My goal is to reach a BMI in the low 20s, normal glucose levels, reverse insulin resistance and get off the medications I'm currently taking. Thank you Doctor.

@shingiraibondai747

I am glad there is a group of Doctors advocating for good health, and encouraging people to stay healthy. Simple things can save our lives and a pill is not the answer. Stay blessed

@johndias6614

I've had BRVO (branch retinal vein occlusion) since 2014 most likely due to high blood pressure. I was getting an injection in my eye every 4-8 weeks. After taking Dr. Jamnadas' advice, in 4 weeks my vision has improved and last eye appointment my opthomologist said my eye was much better and no shot. 8 weeks to next appointment. I'm off of one BP med also.
