Invisiline...if you're having it done by a dentist instead of an orthodontist, make sure they're experienced since dentists aren't in the ortho field. Also, when you finish your last tray, get a second spare retainer. My dentist did mine, and they weren't well experienced in it, and I'm regretting it. They couldn't get my impressions right beginning and end. My retainer broke, and I can't get another because my dentist no longer works with them. And save all your trays. In case years later you go through a phase of not wearing your retainer, you can go back and use whatever trays you regressed to. Instead of having to start over with new impressions, etc.
