On all my cast iron cookware I use bacon as my first cook. I usually buy Lodge or Camp Chef. But I have been looking at the Blackstone and I find it good. I think I may buy one. My brother in law has a black stone and loves it.

Nice, I keep thinking about buy a travel griddle to bring in the car to work to have a warm lunch., always seem to be wanting to use a microwave to warm anything up, that’s why I normally take cold meat sandwiches
