Glad to see food youtubers that arent overly annoying about everything. I really appreciate you just keeping it simple and not doing a bunch of fake b-rolls about "omg this took me forever to think up" etc etc

Thanks for including the recipe. No wandering required.
People ask about price but itās easy to go through the market and price the individual parts. And donāt forget you can grow some things yourself and use any extra spices in other dishes. But my favorite part is that I can control the quality and even adjust the ingredients so thatās a one of a kind just from my kitchen. It makes things so much better.
One of the few channels where I really prefer longer videos over shorts, keep it up bro
I bought 3 bouquets of flowers and gave out to guys i ran across on Valentine's day...exactly because guys deserve flowers, too.
Quality is just getting better and better
I will be found in the middle of the dark night of my soul eating chili crisp oil straight out of the jar. Thank you for your homemade recipe I will be making from here on out
My husband loves chili oil. Heās going to freak out when I make a huge hat of it just for him. Million thanks
It's refreshing to find someone who make the video interesting, knows what they're talking about, AND doesn't use profanity. That's the trifecta for me. Subbed.

Former cook here from Eastern Europe! Just a little quick appreciation post for ya ^^ I absolutely love your videos, not only for its recipes, but for those quick tips and tricks as well. The whole cooking industry is quite stressful and it can be much for some, but seeing such passion in your vids, it reignites that flame to cook again! Love ya content man, and stay safe!
Jose you make cooking so simple and fun! You make me wanna cook more and i love you for it!
As a chili oil crunch lover, I can hardly wait to get this made. I will have a jar ready by dinner tonight. Thanks, Joseā¤

Thank you Jose!!! I've been paying $15 bucks for a tiny bottle of Momofuku!!! Really appreciate the step by stepā¤
Definitely making it ! Yeh I also had a glass container cracking when I made my chili oil in the past. Now I use a Pyrex glass measuring cup as it is easier to pour it out to a bottle once it cools down.
Longer versions of videos are good bro. Please post more in future...your videos are both entertaining and educating ā¤.
