Dough:
½ cup (100 g) dates soaked
¼ cup (65 g) nut/seed butter (e.g. almond/peanut/sunflower seed butter)
1 cup (90 g) oat flour
½ cup (50 g) almond flour
1 Tbsp dairy-free milk
Filling:
1 cup (200 g) dates soaked
3 Tbsp (48 g) nut/seed butter of choice
1 ½ Tbsp cinnamon (use less if making for kids)
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1-2 Tbsp dairy-free milk
1 Pinch of salt
