Click Start
Type Disk Cleanup
Right Click on Disk Cleanup
Select Run as Administrator
Choose the Drive you wish to Cleanup, Click OK
Select the folders you wish to empty of junk data, Press Delete Files
Once complete, your computer will be removed of some of the junk that can accumulate over time taking up valuable space

Alternative route to locating Disk Cleanup:
Click Start
Click Computer
Right click on your C: Drive
Select Proprties
Then click on Disk Cleanup
