Todays video is about We discuss the interconnectedness of the seven chakras and how the kundalini energy can be activated in different chakras. We explain that the chakras are not directly connected, and the kundalini energy can move directly from one chakra to the sahasrara (crown) chakra, without necessarily passing through the intermediate chakras. We also mention that the awakening of the kundalini energy in a particular chakra does not mean it cannot return to that chakra later.
