Who is the Mysterious Voice in Kingdom Hearts Games?

Ever since I played the first Kingdom Hearts game on the PS2, I always wondered what that mysterious voice in the Dive Into the Heart opening section. There's no clear explanation in the game itself as to what the voice is, you don't hear it or see who's saying it. There's been all sorts a theories and speculation on who was talking there. And, yes, there's an official answer to this question, but, even then, there's some doubt on that too.

And not just Kingdom Hearts 1 has the voice, other games have it too, and it's different for those games, so we will discuss those too. This was originally gonna be just a Short, but it went WAY deeper than I thought on the surface, so let's DIVE in (lol)
