½ Cup Wheat Flour
½ Cup Powder Milk
¼ Tspn Baking Soda
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Sieve
1 & ½ Tbsp Ghee
Mix Well
5-6 Tbsp Milk
Divide In Small Pieces
Grease Oil in Hand
Make Ball
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Dark Brown Color
1 Cup Sugar
1 & 1/2 Cup Water
Cook For 5 Min
Let It Boil
Some Saffron
1 Drop Orange Food Color
Boil For 2-3 Min.
Fried Sweet Ball
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Keep Aside For 30 Min.
