( For measurements you can set 1 bowl )
Ingredients
1 bowl course wheat flour
1 bowl water
1/2 bowl jaggery
3 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tbsp ghee to add on top
Take one bowl of water in a pan, add jaggery and let it melt . Now strain it and add it in pan . Let jaggery water come to boil.
Take course wheat flour in a bowl , add oil and mix it properly.
Now add wheat flour in jaggery water and mix it with rolling pin. ( Using rolling pin is traditional way to cook lapsi perfectly) mix it, cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes on very low flame. Stir it every 2 minutes until lapsi cook perfectly .( When lapsi not stick on your fingers it means it's ready) Break the lumps with rolling pin . Add ghee at the end ,mix it and bhog prasad is ready.
( after adding wheat flour in jaggery water,you can put it in microwave for 2 minutes and then stir again for 1 minutes+ 1 minutes and it will ready in 4 to 5 minutes.)
