Incredibly Soft Melon (Cantaloupe) Cake with fondant design

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups white flour
1 cup Melon (Cantaloupe)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter milk
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
a drop of vanilla extract
1 cup of water
2 eggs

Procedure:

Blend the melon (cantaloupe) with 1 cup of water.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in one bowl.
Sugar can be put together with wet ingredients.
Put wet ingredients together in the stand mixer.
Mix the egg first with sugar so we can attain a fluffy texture in our cake.
Mix in to the wet ingredients the dry ingredients gradually.
Transfer the mixture into the pan (with parchment paper on the bottom so the cake would be easy to remove when cooked)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
Bake the cake for 30 to 45 minutes.
Let it cool down for an hour.
Cut in the middle with a cake leveler.
Put frostings as filling.
Decorate the cake with fondant.
