How to use advanced mode in QuickBooks desktop bank feeds? You will see it is very similar to the “express mode”, the view you are accustomed to in the QuickBooks bank feeds center before what’s new in 2022. You can search for transactions based on the text. The Bank feeds process is much more functional in 2021 and beyond with the filter transactions tool where you can filter by date range and filter deposits and checks. You can also now add a class to a bank transaction that was downloaded into the review list. You can also add a customer/job to a bank transaction before recording it.
