The Story of North Carolina’s Abraham Galloway #blackhistory

Growing up as a kid in North Carolina, we learned about the small handful of typical Black historical figures.

Martin Luther King, Jr. WEB Du Bois. Harriet Tubman.

But it’s always a small stories that add up to big changes.

And those often get overlooked.

There are so many of those across the country, and even within my state, that need to be told.

This is one of Abraham Galloway, that makes me proud to be from NC.

He was also a great storyteller.
