Cataclysm From 500 Years Is Returning | Genshin Impact Theory

During the most recent archon quest in v2.7, some of the theories I made ages ago came to be correct. The war between light and dark, and a cataclysm that happens every 500 years or so.
So I decided to use the new information we got from the new quest to revisit this topic with a brand new perspective and make a better-updated theory that makes the most sense.
