Easy Air Fryer Roasted Bacon Potatoes Recipe

Air Fryer Roasted Bacon Potatoes - Perfectly roasted potatoes that are crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. With crispy bacon and parmesan, this is the best combination ever! This yummy recipe has all you’ve ever wanted in a side dish. It’s quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients:
1.5 pounds baby potatoes washed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 slices thick cut bacon cut into ½ inch pieces
1 tablespoon chives chopped

Instructions:
1. Start by slicing the potatoes in half.
2. To a large bowl, add the potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic power, and parmesan. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
3. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Add the potatoes to the air fryer, top with bacon, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crispy.
5. Remove from the air fryer and top with the chives.
