California mayor wants to 'purge' violent homeless, 'give them fentanyl' | FOX 11 LA

Lancaster Mayor R. Rex Parris said at a recent City Council meeting that he wanted to give homeless people "free fentanyl." In an interview with FOX 11 addressing those comments, Parris said that homeless criminals "need to be purged."
