Mindfulness of Thinking

Practicing mindfulness is often recommended in times of stress. But most people under stress find it hard to learn mindfulness because their minds are racing. They conclude, “I cannot meditate. I cannot stop thinking.” The good news is you don’t have to stop thinking to meditate. This brief guided meditation can help you work with your thoughts and serve as a complement to other mindfulness practices.
