How to Not Hate Vegetables: Roast Cabbage
Ingredients
cabbage
salt
olive oil (or neutral)
flavorings (Parmesan, spices, etc.)
Steps
cut each cabbage into halves, then halve each half and repeat until you get wedges
lightly oil a baking tray
place wedges on baking tray
cover wedges with oil and salt (+ any additional seasonings you want to use)
place tray in cold oven, then set the heat to 425F(220C) and roast for ~45 minutes (or until desired doneness)
dress up the roasted cabbages with your flavors of choice! Example: Parmesan, breadcrumbs, black pepper, chives, lemon juice
