Coriander seeds - 2 Tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
Saunf - 2 Tbsp
Dried coconut powder - 2 Tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Dried ginger powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 3 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
